Best eye doctor in Staten Island! Dr. Rotondi and Tasha are both AMAZING, friendly, and patient. Tasha, the woman that works at the front desk, explained how my insurance works and listened attentively when I explained the issues I was having with my eyes, and was able to answer all of my questions, pre and post appointment. Dr. Rotondi answered the hundred questions I had and was very kind and helped me to get the prescription I needed and gave me advice on my allergies & GPC. I didn't feel like I was being rushed at all and I felt like he genuinely cared about helping me. I was seen right away each time I've been there. Conveniently located inside LensCrafters in the Staten Island Mall (2nd floor). I'm super grateful to have found this place!
